Construction and Application of Uridine Zirconium Phosphate—lipase Biocatalysts

We synthesize zirconium phosphate carrier uridine and construct four kinds of uridine zirconium phosphate—lipase biocatalysts by the different phospholipids interventional programs. We not only determine the composition, morphology, dispersion characteristics of four kinds uridine zirconium phosphate-lipase biocatalysts but also evaluate the vitality of them. The experimentshows that the activity of composite catalyst which is made of the modify uridine monophosphate zirconium loading lipase is higher thanlipase.
