Research Of Performance of Mullite—Zirconium Phosphate Complex Pharies Ceramic Materials

This article studied the performance of mullite-zirconium phosphate composites and zirconium phosphate, which was made by adding low expansion second phase zirconium phosphate to mullite. Find a way to make mullite-zirconium phosphate composites with low thermal expansion coefficient and high strength.

Experiments showed: The thermal expansion coefficients of the sintered specimen with additive MgO at a mass ratios of 1wt% sintered at 1350℃ were the smallest and its water absorption is on the small side.
